The Tantric Belly Breath Technique

When you feel worried, stressed, panicked anxious or afraid about anything, do this simple technique for an instant energy activation. I call Tantric Belly Breathing. It was a divine download sent to me when I asked for something that could empower me to repattern my own experiences of panic, worry and anxiety into delight frequency of divine love and divine light.

Deep breathing is so valuable for us in so many ways emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. There are so many effortless shifts that can result simply practicing this, and you have to breathe anyway, so it’s a simple, natural way to up level your own manifesting powers to draw MORE into your life.

As you breathe in you breathe in MORE and as you breathe out you CLEAR OUT LACK.

First of all it’s really important to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

It completes a full spiral of breathing.

Breathe in through your nose because your nasal passageways are natural filtration for energy, debris and pollution prior to the breath entering your lungs.

You hold that breathe to fill the new energy into all twelve levels of your energy field and your body. Then you breathe out through your mouth as hard as you can. then you hold briefly to release stagnation and allow yourself to find your center.

As you breathe I want you to imagine breathing in the golden spiral of delight energy for MORE Into your life and breathing out anything less than this frequency charge.

Deep breathing helps us take a much-needed pause in our busy lives. At the end of each breath, there is a moment of pause before we inhale again. In this brief pause, we can easily access an openness in our consciousness where there is quiet.

The Tantric Belly Breath Technique for Balancing & Restoration will transform your life and deepen your awareness in just two simple minutes. Many clients and students will use this technique any time they feel sensitive, stressed, overwhelmed or overstimulated.

The Technique

Hold your hands over your belly practice breathing with filling belly into your hands.

Breathe like this for 2 minutes. In-breath – count for three, hold breath for three, release breath for three, hold breath for three, in-breath count for three… and repeat.

Now, with each in-breath, imagine your feet rooting deep into the earth.

With the next 3 count hold your breath and just allow the earth’s energy to come up from Earth, through your legs and into your heart space.

Finally, with your out-breath imagine circulating that energy throughout the rest of your body. This will give you the strength of the earth, supporting you emotionally and restoring your body, spirit, and soul to a state of bliss in this moment now, allowing you to drop the illusion of imperfection.

Now, with each in-breath, imagine your crown opening up.

With the next 3 count hold your breath and just allow the astral energy from the astral realms to pour down into you.

Through your crown chakra and through your spine, to circulate in your heart, meeting the earth energy in your heart as well.

Imagine this energy of the Sacred Masculine is meeting the Sacred Feminine in your heart center.

With the next breath, you are restoring your body mind and spirit into a place of ease, peace and grace, honoring both sides of yourself as whole, complete and wise beyond time and space.

Release all times, all places, all past, all future.

This is restoring the sacred connection within you and beyond you.

Often, taking two or three deep breaths when you notice your thinking is gravitating to the worry or “what if” train supports you in dropping that thinking pattern and gives you space to jump the track to a train of thought that serves you better.

Emotionally and spiritually, Intentional Breathing supports us in moving stuck energy, dissipating fear, doubt and worry, and reminds us that through our connection to Spirit, we are never alone. It helps us to remember that we can always choose something else by simply asking ourselves, “How do I want to feel?” or “What do I want to feel more of in this moment?”

You can easily use this activation no matter how little time you may seem to have. You can’t do it wrong, so just follow along and play with it until it feels best for you.

As you do this, say this affirmation to yourself to manifest the right attitude for your intuition to be used for the optimal outcome on behalf of all involved: “I am whole. I am healed. I am loved. I am held. I am blessed. I am Light Divine – Divine Light – a DeLight to the universe i am delighted with life.”

Pause, and as you inhale, say to yourself internally, “I am breathing in the energy of divine love and divine light.” On the exhale, “I am breathing out anything less than that.”

Continue doing this for 4- 6 breathes until you feel a slight shift in your body.

Use this if you have been triggered around something specific and you want to experience a shift in how you feel. Recognize what the trigger is, and then breathe in the opposite of that. And breath out anything that is less than the positive feeling you are wanting.

So if you have been triggered by anger: “I am breathing in forgiveness.” “And breathing out anything less than that.” What I like to do with anger energy or fear energy is to BOLT it out with a card blow.

When you breathe out, you are releasing any energy that is less than forgiveness and peace.

An easy way to remember this is the word “BOLT.”

You are breathing in the thought or feeling you want and breathing out anything less than that.

(BREATHE OUT LESS THAN – B-O-L-T)

So, anytime you become aware of your breathing or want to shift your energy, remember the word, “BOLT,” to breathe out the stagnant energies.

You can also use this activation to breathe in the freedom from what you no longer want to experience: “I am breathing in freedom from worry around money,” “And breathing out anything less than that.”

Or breathe in the essence of what you want to experience.

For example, if you need a solution to something that is worrying you: Breathe in Divine Solutions to whatever is concerning you, then breath out anything less than that.

More examples:

  • Breathe in prosperity and breathe out anything less than that.
  • Breathe in finding your divine mate ~ BOLT
  • Breathe in freedom from techy glitches ~ BOLT
  • Breathe in solutions and BOLT (breathe out anything less than that).

As an extra energy level up you can start to share that delight energy and the creation vortex of our golden spiral with others once you feel the internal shift for yourself.

Begin to breathe in the positive delight of MORE for everyone, everywhere. First manage your own energy, just like on a plane and putting the oxygen mask on for yourself first. Only then do you begin breathing for everyone else.

  • Breathe in all is well… for you and everyone then BOLT.
  • Breathe in everything for your highest good and for all everywhere then BOLT.
  • Breath in that you are safe then BOLT.
  • You can use these examples to get yourself in a place so you can begin considering activating something better for yourself and also support everyone everywhere!
  • I am seeing and feeling you living a life of love, health, peace, and prosperity!
