- DO NOT FOLLOW ANY NEW AGE NEW THOUGHT COACH OR GURU WHO TELLS YOU TO “RAISE YOUR VIBRATION”.
THIS is such total, utter complete nonsense regurgitated by ignorant, uneducated individuals who copy and paste without a second thought. They demonstrate they know absolutely nothing about bioenergetics, coherency, reality creation, quantum physics or the truth about Universal Laws. So, if you are searching for that nonsense, you will not find it here.The reality is this – your body and energy field can ONLY sustain a specific, unique core resonant frequency level, which is comprised of the totality of all your cells, your heart coherence and your unique energetic signature (which is as unique to you as a thumbprint or a snowflake). Only your body can contain YOUR unique vibrational energetic resonance. It is up to you to tune into it full force and allow it to vibe out from your most natural, delighted state of being. You don’t need to “raise” anything. You need to realign, tune into you, and emanate from that core, unique vibrant space of who and what you are – and to hell what anyone else thinks (their opinions don’t pay your bills, so they have zero value to offer you!).
Each individual cell is attuned to its own unique specific vibrational resonance for optimal health and wellness.
Every strand of DNA is attuned to its own unique optimal resonant vibration for optimal wellness.
So in the laws of quantum physics (and Universal Laws) there is no such thing as “raising your vibration”.
ANYONE teaching you that has absolutely ZERO idea what they are talking about and has ZERO education or background in quantum physics, bioresonance, bioenergetics or real energetic laws. The truth is “emotional” energy has nothing to do with your thoughts and everything to do with realignment, coherence, and your unique core resonant state of being.
- YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT “Raise Your Vibration” to “ATTRACT NEW THINGS” By Thinking Different Thoughts! – Another mythology in the new thought, new age coaching nonsense. The brain can only emanate (and this has been repeatedly proven) frequencies between 1-100hz… this is no matter WHAT THOUGHT IT IS THINKING. So, regardless of the new thought, new age gurus telling you change your thoughts to change your life – you’ll NEVER get there – this is the long-hard-slow way. It’s not only meaningless – its totally useless – because when your brain is processing 60,000 + thoughts (conscious, subconscious, and unconscious impulses which have been actively recorded an hour), how the HELL do you think you are going to change ANYTHING that way?
It’s absolutely ridiculous, and more importantly, its all about getting you to buy into more and more useless coaching programs that do NOTHING for you!
If you want ACCESS TO REAL ENERGETIC resonance that dramatically shifts everything for you – you must use your heart’s central nervous system, not the brain. Your heart resonates at 5,000-10,000 TIMES as strong as your brain’s impulses! It sends 10X more information to the brain than the brain does to the rest of the body!
So why are you wasting so much of your priceless time and energy in “fixing” your thinking – when the heart is where all Your divine truth and power comes from?
- Get realigned to your unique, core vibration – access the heart of who and what you truly are and get comfortable with emanating your unique and beautiful vibe from your HEART – because THIS AND ONLY THIS magnetizes ALL THINGS TO YOU. The stronger your core resonant field (which is unique only to you), the more powerful you become in magnetizing exactly what delights you most in life.
Stop the nonsense of “trying” to “think different’ and get totally realigned and reconnected to the heart of who and what you are. The more connected to your heart you are, the more likely you are to experience synchronicities and ride the loving current of universal flow, receiving magical blessings as you go!

Understand the batshit illusionary nature of 3D reality is only a snippet that has been manifested out of the past. Therefore it has ZERO relativity and ZERO reality in the present moment. In fact, its not “reality”, it is only fragments of your mind’s limited perceptions thereof.
You are an INFINITE energy being delighting yourself in playing around with a physical experience. Reality creation requires you to understand the 3D is as useless as yesterday’s dirty wash water, and is as malleable as you want it to be.
Magic and miracles are not only possible, but expected. Energy is malleable. Reality is nothing but shades and layers of perception.
There are endless insights and wonders that want to delight and excite you. Time to take the blindfold off, realize that all the nonsensical group think and perceptual nonsense actually limits the WONDER and MAGIC of each moment available to you. – IF YOU WANT TO SEE AND EXPERIENCE DELIGHT, WONDER, JOY TO ITS FULLEST – YOU MUST OPEN YOUR HEART TO DO SO.
- Know you are the creator/creatrix of your reality. THERE IS NO HIGHER POWER. YOU COME FROM SOURCE, THEREFORE SOURCE IS YOU AND YOU ARE SOURCE. YOU ARE AN AWAKENING GOD/GODDESS HERE TO DELIGHT YOURSELF AND OTHER CREATORS/CREATRIXES WITH YOUR CREATIONS. You are the only one that can stand in your way, and the limiting beliefs, thoughts and feelings you hold that can block the love and success you desire and deserve. You COME FROM LOVE AND YOU ARE LOVE. YOU DON’T NEED TO BE “WORTHY” OR “DESERVING”. DELIGHT IS YOUR DIVINE BIRTHRIGHT.
- You create your reality. Now, take responsibility and do your bit using the power of your heart! Dream into reality – visualizing your dreams & desires regularly, clearing limiting beliefs that stand in the way, and feeling the outcomes richly and tangibly ahead of time to call them into existence in the present.
- Have FUN! DELIGHT YOURSELF FULLY IN LIFE! Fun throws of the shackles of “responsibility” “obligation” “stress” energy and negative states, connecting you back to your creative superpowers where flow and synchronicities abound. Delight attracts powerful co-creators like iron filings to a magnet. It is the antidote to stress, struggle, tediousness and depression. When you are delighting yourself fully, you are open and sharing who you are. You can then ride on the Divine Golden Spiral of spontaneous acts of creation and joy. What brings you fun, happiness and joy? Commit to more of it in all areas of your life.
